11. Non-Solicitation Clause for Partners (Therapists):

Non-Solicitation Obligations: During the term of your partnership with StrataMedica and for a period of two (2) years after the termination of your partnership, you shall not directly or indirectly solicit, induce, or encourage any current or former clients, patients, or users of StrataMedica to cease using our platform or services for the purpose of providing similar services independently or through another entity.
    2. Confidential Information: You acknowledge and agree that the non-solicitation restriction is necessary to protect StrataMedica's legitimate business interests, including its proprietary and confidential information.
    3. Enforceability: You acknowledge that the non-solicitation restriction is reasonable and necessary to protect StrataMedica's business interests.
